David K. Scott Honored by Cambridge Who's Who for Excellence in Athletic Coaching
Football and Basketball Coach for the Martin County School System


Inez, KY, February 26, 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ -- David K. Scott, Football and Basketball Coach for the Martin County School System, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in all aspects of athletic coaching.

Mr. Scott has seven years of experience in athletic coaching. As the football and basketball coach for the Martin County School System he is responsible for forming, training and leading athletic teams. He became involved in his profession due to a sports injury he received that prevented him from being able to participate in athletics. He felt that it was important to take an active role in assisting young athletes hone their natural abilities and gain an appreciation for their sporting talents. The most rewarding aspect of his career is seeing improvement in his athletes and considers his greatest professional accomplishment to be the part he played in leading three basketball teams and one football team to conference championships. Mr. Scott has completed a business degree at the University of Louisville.
