Durham Staffing, Inc. Hosts 15th Annual Buffalo Masters Basketball Tournament
Senior basketball players offered the chance to once again take part in the national competition and excitement at the Alumni Arena - State University of New York.

/Basketball News Articles/ - BUFFALO, NY, February 22, 2008 - The Buffalo Masters Basketball Tournament returns to Western NY, March 14-16, at the Alumni Arena - State University of New York, Amherst, Buffalo. This event, being sponsored by Durham Staffing - Depew, NY., is hosted by Buffalo Masters Athletic Inc. and marks the 15th anniversary of the North American Championships tournament play in the WNY region.

Last year in 2007, 52 teams throughout North America participated in various age groups, on 7 full-sized courts - all are 94 feet. This is the largest tournament of its type and this year looks to bring many of those same players together to compete again.

Peter Durham, owner of Durham Staffing, not only coordinates the entire event, but also participates on the courts. "It's truly rewarding to see such a large number of skilled basketball players gathered together in one venue. These master's teams provide a very exciting and high level of play, as a number of them have played together for many years. Dozens of former NBA, ABA, CBA and International players participate in the games and help bring a true professionalism to the UB hard courts," Durham states.
